How do I book one of your services?

We don't have an online booking system, because we prefer to offer a more personal experience to our clients. So in the first instance you should contact us using the contact form on our website or via our freephone number which can be found at the top of every page on our website.

We will send you a booking form and a pack of information relating to the service that you are interested in via email. Simply return this form to us using the button at the bottom of the form to request a booking. The booking request form is also available to download on our website.

What is included in the price?

Our training sessions include everything you need, including:

  • Training needs analysis
  • Professional training delivered by our Microsoft Certified Trainer
  • Use of our high quality laptops, complete with full Microsoft Office suites installed
  • High quality printed and bound courseware
  • Printed quick reference guides
  • CD Roms containing the files used for demonstration and exercises
  • Plus much more

There are slight variances in the inclusions for each service, check our services terms and conditions for full details.

Where is your training centre?

Our registered office is in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. However we provide training on-site or at 3rd Party training/conference venues throughout the UK, not from our registered office.

What training options are available?

We offer a wide range of training options for you and your company. For further details you can view the Services section of our website.

What if we want to change which candidates attend the training?

If the planned attendees are changed after completing the Training Needs Analysis forms, the replacement candidates will be required to complete new forms for the service to be delivered correctly. Therefore, we may need to change the date of the training if this occurs close to the planned date.

You may, at your discretion, request that we do not undertake the analysis on the replacement candidates but we cannot guarantee that the correct level of training will be provided if this is the case.

How do I rearrange or cancel a booking?

To rearrange or cancel a booking you may contact us using the form on our website, or by calling our freephone number 0800 6899 222.

All cancellations are subject to our Services Booking Terms and Conditions.

We have more than 10 staff, can you still train them?

Of course we can. We would need to split your staff in to 2 or more groups to deliver the training, as our training sessions are most effective when delivered to no more than 10 candidates.

What if we want to hold training on site but don't have a suitable PC room?

No need to worry! If you have room that can accommodate the candidates comfortably and has room for our projector, we provide the laptops required for the training sessions. The provision of laptops is included within our prices for most training options (only our free session excludes the provision of laptops).

What software is installed on your laptops?

Our laptops are redeployed after each training session, so you know that the software and files are completely safe and reliable.

The basic redeployment consists of:

  • Windows Vista or Windows 7
  • Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007
  • Training files required to deliver the course

Where can I find details about your course content?

Our courses are all tailored to your company's specific needs. We evaluate the candidates prior to training and deliver the training that would benefit them the most in their role within the business. For this reason, we don't have course outline for the training we offer - we can provide indicative course content upon request, simply use the contact us form to ask us to issue this to you.

Do you offer one to one training?

Yes we do. All of the training options we offer to groups are also available on a one to one basis. We offer a discount for one to one services which can be viewed in our Prices section.

What times do your sessions run?

Our full day sessions typically run 09:30 to 16:30 with a 45 minutes lunch break and a 15 minute break both mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Our half day sessions typically run either 09:30 to 12:30 with a 15 minute break or 13:30 to 16:30 with a 15 minute break. Other times may be available upon request.

Do your prices include VAT?

No they do not. VAT must be added at the current rate.

Do you offer a discount for advance bookings?

We do. There is a 10% discount offer to bookings made more than 10 weeks prior to the training taking place. This discount is subject to a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the discounted fee.

Can I get a discount for multiple bookings?

Certainly. At our discretion, we offer discounts for bookings of 5 or more sessions.

Any discounts offered are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total value of all of the booked sessions.

When do I pay for the service?

We invoice directly after a training session or service has been provided; except where the training or services are spread over several weeks, we may limit our invoices to month-end only.

Payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice - subject to status. For clients that fail our credit checks we reserve the right to request payment in advance of the service.

Please be aware that our advance booking discount and our multiple booking discount are only available where the deposit has been paid at the time of booking; in this instance the balance of the fees will be due in accordance with the invoice terms outlined above.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service provided?

Firstly, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. After all, we rely on our reputation for repeat business and recommendations.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our training services, please let us know by using the contact us page on our website. We will then offer to either:

  • provide the same training to the same group of candidates free of charge, or
  • refund part or all of the fees paid

How many candidates can attend a training session?

We limit the number of candidates on our training sessions to a maximum of 10. This is due to both the group practical exercises that we use in our sessions and the individual attention that we believe our candidates require in order for the training to be effective.

The only exception to this is our free one-hour Excel training - the limit for this type of session is 30.

Do I get a qualification or certificate at the end of the training?

We don't have a formal test or exam for you to take but we are more than happy to provide a certificate of attendance and an outline of the subjects covered, for your records.

Where can the training be provided?

We provide training all over the UK either at your office/facility or at an external facility such as hotel meeting rooms and conference suites etc.

We charge a small amount to cover the cost of travel expenses for disctances that are in excess of the inclusive distance for the type of training offered. Please see our services booking terms and conditions for full details.

What if I need some help after the training?

No problem! During or after the training, our trainer will provide you with details of our technical support email address. For assistance with any of the subjects demonstrated to you in the session, simply send us an email to that address outlining the problem and we will reply to you with help and advice.

We endeavour to respond to all technical queries within 2 working days, but it is usually much quicker than this.
